miles of fiber with more access points than any other
provider in our region. Extensive interconnections with
Competitive Access Providers (CAP) and alternative access
vendors in our Tier 1 markets, in Tier 2, Tier 3 and many
Tier 4 markets provide our customers with diverse connection
routes to Independent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs) and
other Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs).
